The Women of Ghetto Harbor

This is the NSFW sketch I was talking about earlier. These are the three main characters for an adult series called the Ghetto Harbor Hoez. In the center is Dyone, the voyeur and leader of the Hoez. She LOVES being watched. To the right, her left is Brianna, the Blowjob Queen. She can give head so fast that her head becomes invisible! And finally to the left and Dyone's right is Cinna, the Schoolgirl Dominatrix. Her eyes always covered by her hair, but if you see them, then technically you're fucked to the highest level.

Please note that this is a sketch and I will work the kinks out in the next few days. Trying to design the girls in their regular outfits and such.

The character that started it all

This is my FIRST character I ever created and stuck with from 1994 to 2009. Yes, over the span of the fifteen years I wrote 18 seasons and that spanned almost every year of his life. This character name is Ninichiro (Nin) Takahashi. His original name was Nin Tendo. Why you might ask? Simple. Nin was originally created to be a fanfic character for my (still to this day) favorite anime series all of time; Ranma 1/2. Nin was supposed to be a cousin to the Tendo family in the series and that's where everything started.

I created so many characters for the fanfic, that by the second of the second book, it less Ranma in it. So I did some rearranging. I changed his name from Nin Tendo to Nin Takahashi is reference to the creator of Ranma 1/2, Rumiko Takahashi. I later explained his full first name in the later years of the story.

Also, I retooled the story as well. Here's a quick rundown. The story starts off in China near a fictional village called Li-Po where a scroll was found. The scroll could give the person who read it the power of the eight elements; earth, wind, water, fire, ice, electricity, light, and darkness. But there's a catch, well two. The person reading the scroll has to either be a virgin or someone with a pure soul. Now, Nin's mother, Oxen (random name, I know), wanted the powers, but she couldn't receive the powers, so she thought to trick the scroll into giving them to her. This is where the story gets crazy as not to spoil the overall premise, but Nin gets the power and sets off one of the biggest family fueds in history where Oxen tried constantly to kill her son, but couldn't.

Over the course of the years, Nin's powers grew and he ran into some old friends and met some new ones all while spanning the globe doing what he does best, fighitng. The backstory between Nin and Oxen is a brutal one, but put it like this; they make the Mishima family from Tekken look tame with their problems and martial arts training.

This picture I'm uploading here is when he switched primary fighting styles from Chinese Kempo to Ninjutsu. That was around late 2001, I think, and I decided to put my love of the Koga and Iga ninja clans into my story, but severely twist them around for my story. Funny, how my drawing style change over the years. I'm thinking about redrawing him to see what he looks like now, nearly 10 years later.

But overall, this character became the basis for most of my actions heroes thereafter. Those who went to Peterson with me should know of him, but they don't how awesome he got after high school when I decided to let my imagination go with this one. Jet Li style fighting personality, badass, cross-trained martial artist, has a different personality within him (half-demon), family issues, the works, and that all came from him. If it wasn't for those people at Peterson and few outside of school encouraging me, I probably would given up drawing a long time ago and settle for some dead-end job. So I thank them and my character Nin for unlocking the Pandora's Box that's been trying to burst open for a while before that.

Some WIP art for everyone

Hey guys.

Finally got out my writing kick for the first time in a while and wanted to some drawing and boy did I ever start.

The first is a project that me and Scott has been working on for a while and I wanted to show everyone the NSFW preview here:

This is preview for the Ghetto Harbor Hoez. Still working out the kinks, but it should be polished and first soon.

The Prologue of Bullet Kingdom

I'm extremely proud my book so far and I believe that I'm halfway through it now. Here it is, the prologue of Bullet Kingdom!

Chapter 0: Prologue

Five years ago…

War ravaged across the planet of XanadrĂ©. No matter how much I tried, I couldn’t stop the deaths of thousands upon thousands of people. We were told when we were young that the apocalypse will come in human form, a man with a large chain around his body with thirteen links. These Thirteen Links will break and will lay the initial pathway for the apocalypse known as the Ragnarok.
With that said, we all grew up believe that this “apocalypse” will happen. I never knew that I along with my sister and my twelve friends, I grew up with in the Crane Orphanage will be the keys to triggering the end of the world.
An ebony-skinned man stands on cliff overlooking a large nearby city as his brown eyes takes in the beautiful sunset. The man turns to see the three moons rising and thanks to the sun shining, a clear view of the shaved head with a hurricane-style pattern on the sides. The man is a slight muscular build and is wearing a grey, form-fitting, sleeveless shirt, which appears to have padding inside with a high neckline. His pants are charcoal black with an intricate design along the legs, and are quite loose fitting. On his hands, he wears black gloves that seem to have an open part on the back of the hand. Also on his both of his hands, he has two metal rings that completely encircle his wrists. Around his waist is a belt that has his dual gun holsters at the back. Finally, he’s wearing charcoal black combat boots with thick, fire orange soles.
He sighs; I still can’t believe it’s been five years since that day, the day where I casted myself into solitude to repent sort to speak for my actions working for Hydra. I did all of this for my sister, who went missing that day. Coriander, the name has been running through my mind everyday for the past five years. The only thing I remember is a large explosion after I fought the closest person I had to a brother and I chopped his right arm off with Cori’s sword.
The man began to walk away from the cliff and heads down the path onto a small camp nearby sunset in a meadow by a forest. A soft blew and the tree rustled in the wind and carried a scent of fresh pine for miles and miles. The man took in a deep breath and smelled the pine scent, Ah that smells nice. That’ll probably be one of the things I miss from around here. Maybe it’s time to go looking for her again. However, since that day in Hydra, I fought my hardest and still lost the battle. Since then, I made a promise to never lose my humanity again as I did while I was in Hydra. During my time there, I was known as the Cerberus of the Battlefield not only of my three gun fighting style, but also because of the reputation me and my team got. Team Six; lead by me, Chaos, was one of the most feared Teams in Hydra’s history. Thanks to my scouting skills, I put together the best group seen. Everyone in my team was given a codename because everyone was on the level as a Link in terms of power.
Even though some were my friends I had from the orphanage, I did recruit some new recruits. After our successful mission, Team Six became feared. We were called Bone Collectors, Jinxes, the Mecha Destroyers, and Ferrymen to the Afterlife to name a few things. Then, we were almost unstoppable until we were humbled and lost.
Chaos held out his hand and an image of fire appeared in front, “External-type Magic: Fire,” he calmly speaks as a small fireball shoots from his hand and hits a small pile of wood, making a fire just as night was falling. Staring into the fire, Chaos gets lost in the flame.
“Chaos! Chaos! We need you!” he hears from a distance. He snaps out of whatever trance he was in and is now appears on a battlefield. The smoke-filled red sky produces an ominous overcast as Chaos looks behind him to a great battle unfold. He begins to run to the battle but is cut off by a group of men in black knight armor, “Out of my way Deva Knights!” he demands. One knight stepped forward, “Chaos, you are to come with us!” the knight demands. Chaos reaches for his shoulder, but then remembers, Damn, I forgot the Phi was destroyed. He grins, Well then, I guess I have to rely on my faves then, he thinks. Chaos then reaches behind him and pulls out two long-barrel handguns, one is black with red trim and the other is red with black trim. With a wave of his hands, he brings them close together to his chest with one gun facing upward and the other facing downward. The Deva Knights step back, “The Alpha and Omega!” one knight exclaims.
Chaos’ expression becomes more demented as his eyes become beady and a sinister grin on his face. He looks around, “You can curse fate for bringing you to this. If you don’t let me pass, your final moments will be seeing why they call me the Cerberus of the Battlefield.” His eyes widen a bit, “Tell me where you want to get shot. If you called it within five seconds, I’ll do requests.” The Deva Knights backed up again until one stepped forward and began charging at Chaos. Scoffing, Chaos disappears and reappears in front of a knight with his gun pointed at his head, “Time’s up.” He grins as he begins firing, first by planting a bullet in the head of the Deva Knight who was unfortunate to be in Chaos’ path. Staying place, Chaos fires in every direction without looking. He extends a leg and lowers himself to perform a spin while shooting, stopping with the group of Deva Knights falling lifeless to the ground. Chaos stops in a low stance with his arms outstretched.
He looks and at the battle in front of him. Chaos twirls his guns and begins running towards it. He lets out a hot-blooded yell as he runs to the battle and fires he approaches. “Cori, I’m coming for you!” he yells as rushes to the fight.
After that, a series of events happened which cause me to disband Team Six. It’s been five years since then. I now wonder how all of them are doing now. Since I’m pretty close to Romaslica, I know that Iris has a shop called the Bladed Weapon. She’s gotten big to the point where she’s known almost throughout the world thanks to her finely crafted weapons and insanely low prices. She got shops just about everywhere now and she’s doing well for herself.
Everyone else, I’ve heard rumors about them but nothing to concrete yet to confirm. I’ve been thinking since then because I’ve gained humanity and want to atone for what I’ve done. I don’t feel bad for my past, I feel bad for leading my friends down that dark road with me.
A gentle breeze blows again and Chaos closes his eyes, “It’s a good wind,” he quietly states. He looks up at the stars at sees the many stars and many constellations in the sky. Chaos takes notice to the three full moons floating in the sky, all different shades of white. The biggest of the three was also the brightest of them all, sporting the bright white color. The middle moon was an off-white color and the smallest of the three was a dull gray. “The moons are in full view tonight. That might be a good sign,” Chaos states. He notices a shooting star fly across the sky, “Whoa, it’s been a while since I seen one of those. Almost…five years,” he pauses for thought. Rubbing his chin, “Maybe it might be time to reunite the gang. Have a family reunion sort to speak,” he states. He lies on the ground and raises his hand to the sky. Chaos stretches until his hand he couldn’t reaches no more and clenches his fist, “Tomorrow, I’ll be off.”

An long awaited update.

It's been a while since I updated and wanted to post something. So far, my life has been hectic as of late, but I've been working hard on my book and trying to get back into drawing.

I'm giving everyone a taste of my book and I'm going to post the prologue in the next post!

Black Armor XD is not dead yet and it's not dying until my last breath!

Shawdra

These are two pictures of a friend of mine; the one and only @superstarlady; Shawndra. I was debating on shading and going all out with this, but in the end, I felt like this was the best way to do the drawing.

To Write or to Draw? That is the question

Hey guys, lately I've been in a bit of a conundrum as of late. With my new awesome job I got my money and freedom problems will be over soon, but that's not the case. As in the title, I've been torn between drawing more and writing.

I know the age old debate about people who are gifted in many areas, they get torn on what to focus on. Drawing is my first love, it's gotten me out of a depression and deal with some painful deaths in my early years. I've gotten into writing because of my lack of skills to be able to draw sequential art, which is needed for a comic artist, which is my dream. But, that artist has been sneaking out of me with these drawing sprees I have creating the characters for Bullet Kingdom as if describing them in full and utter detail wasn't good enough.

I guess there's that duality I'll just have to face as artist/writer. Lately, I've been content with character designs. I think Nomura Tetsuya is coming out of me since my designs as of late have been out of my comfort zone, but I actually like it. I know the greats do it all the time, but I wonder how do they focus. If their minds are anything like mine, they're always thinking of the next thing to make the story better or how to make one of the characters more badass than he or she is already is at that point.

I've been fighting with this for a while now, which explains my erratic posts in the art department. I might have a burst here or there, then I'll go back to writing. I know writing a novel can be hard, but I didn't know that it'll be fun and challenging at the same time. Remembering everything is the hard part. Thank GOD I got a journal so I can keep up with everything I write out the blue and the new trapper keeper I bought to keep the artwork safe.

Well, with my upcoming move to a new city and about to begin my new life sort to speak, I'll even be more sporadic than ever. I'll try to keep everyone updated.

Thanks for reading.

Another Izzy post

Hey guys,

I drew this picture a while ago and didn't want to post it to my deviantART page. This is my model and good friend, Izzy in a pic she sent me a while ago to draw when I was still experimenting with pinup drawings. I think I drew maybe 3 years ago, I don't know. But anyway, enjoy.

Chaos and Kaytlin updated plus new art!

Hey guys, I updated Chaos' pic from an earlier post. Now complete with a background! Enjoy with minor edit.

Embracing Life

May has hit me kinda hard. Getting fired from my job, my computer crashing and almost losing everything, I'm not sure if I'm getting unemployment, to me even doubting myself. The late spring/summer months always seen to hit me with everything they got to keep my in the dumps.

Things had gotten so bad that I was debating on giving on everything, not life, just drawing and writing mostly. But I came to terms with everything and accepted my situations an embraced it. Now, it's given me a new look on life that I know it now. I've decided to focus on Bullet Kingdom 100% until things become too unbearable on me. For the most of your who don't know, I'm currently staying with my mom until she has her surgery to remove a 50+ lbs. hernia she's gotten, but those days might be coming to an end as now plan on moving out soon.

I'm 28 and haven't really done anything with my life. Never been married or have any kids. I've seen things and been places that most people get to see in their lifetimes, but that doesn't amount to a lot when I have nothing to really show for it. I feel like I'm fighting a losing battle sometimes, whether it be in life or in art. I'm trying my best to get myself notice to some extent, but that's not paying off to well. I've had some people who stumbled upon me and gave me support when I need and I thank them for that. They know who they are.

I also noticed that I don't draw as well as I used to, maybe it's from the stress of my former job and trying to find another one or worrying about my mom's upcoming surgery. I don't know really. I'm happy with what I got, but I need to get back on the professional level that I've tasted once. With time, with time.

This was just a journal to get a lot of things off my chest as I felt it building and building. I'm going to go for broke now. I know that there's some things I need to change about myself and some sacrifices will have to be made, but i gotta do what I gotta do.

Now that that's off my chest, I have some announcements. First, in about a week or two, I'm entering my good friend *Fyre-Dragon's contest to test myself on how well I can draw someone else's character and artwork. Also, I might be doing an art trade with someone, if she responds. But anyway, those are a starts. Maybe I need to start whoring myself out for commission work? It's just a thought.

If anyone read this half-rant/half-epiphany, I thank you.

Till next time.

Bullet Kingdom characters: Chaos Captain's Coat

Hey everyone. Once again, I've been on the warpath with my drawings and I've been cranking them out lately. Now I drawn and colored with no major details my main character from my Bullet Kingdom book. I'm proid of the work I did, but debating on the color scheme. I need some feedback on it so I can go back an tweak the colors, but overall, I love it. I'm not ashamed of my drawing skills anymore. I honestly feel like I should have been proud a while ago, but something was holding me back.

Anyway, didn't mean to go on a tangent like that. This picture is of Chaos when he puts on his Captain's Coat from his military days in Hydra. This is basically bad ass mode activate because we get a glimpse of how he was in the military. Even though nothing really changed but him putting on a jacket, that coat basically symbolizes his leadership and his place in the Thirteen Links (another story about later.)

Hope you enjoy.

Bullet Kingdom: Chaos

Finally, the main character of Bullet Kingdom! Of course his name is Chaos. He's on a search for his long-lost sister who's been missing for the past five years. This is the outfit, well basically coat, he gets halfway into the first vol.1 when he confronts his past. I'm not giving anything away, but let's just say that this is when bad ass mode activates.

Character concpet: Dyone Saunders

The is a character I drew a few weeks back when me and my friend was talking about an adult-themed project and this lovely woman is one of four main characters. I haven't drawn the other three yet because of work and other stress. I threw the colors on, but might go back to shade this one.

I gotta say I'm pretty proud of what I've done. Till next time.

Bullet Kingdom: Kaytlin

Hey guys, new updates on the blog! Finally! Well, after some rough patches in my life, I lost my job, but on the good news is that I can draw again and focus on my book until I get some new work coming in. Some commissions would be nice right now.

Anyway, I've uploaded some new pictures for my Bullet Kingdom book and it's my favorite character besides the main, Chaos, of course.

Here she is, the Mistress of Necroma, Kaytlin Hernandez. She's the mage of the group, but she's no ordinary mage. Kaytlin is called an Engager mage, a fighting class mage who uses martial arts with magic. Also, she has a very foul mouth on her, but this is not her true. Believe it or not, she's 24 years old, just sealed in a child's body for protection. Will get the colored version up asap.

Till next time!

It's been a while since I updated this thing

Like the title says, it's been a while since I updated the blog mainly because of work. Now, that I don't have one anymore, I guess I got some free time until I find another job to get me by. I know I've been promising new pics and stuff like that, but Radio Shack wouldn't let me have the free time to do so. Now, I'm working on some new stuff. I know I've said that before, but I'm honestly working on everything now. So wish me luck on my next venture into the unknown.

Got some test pictures to post finally

Hello everyone, been writing a lot lately to get my book publish and hopeful that it's a best seller, but that hasn't stopped me from doing a little drawing. Trying to catch up with all my back projects and my hectic work schedule is doing a number on me sleeping, but if I achieve my goal, it'll be all worth it. Anyway, let's get the pictures. First off is a pic I'm doing for a guy a met at Radio Shack buying DVDs, I showed him my business card and he asked me to draw his CD cover for his album. Although flattered, I personally don't think my skill is good enough. I'll let the people decide that.

Here's the first one: The Lineart

The Colored Version with Flame aura

The next version without the Flame aura, the fire just focused on the arms.

The first version with a concert background

The last version I did so far with a different view of a concert crowd.

Some oldies, but goodies from myself and Scott

Hey guys, found some old stuff that my buddy Scott created a while ago and I'll be posting up the pics to see these oldies but goodies. I'm not going into detail with the pics until later because I'm ultra sleepy and don't know if I'll be able to remember everything about the many different projects I'm posting up.

Dr. Alexander McCain from a series called Mutant Zone. He has a Wesker vibe to him and he serves as the main villain of the series along with his alter-ego, Testament.

The Grim Six. A very good idea when me and Scott created it. I drew this almost 5 years ago and I cringe in terms of my drawing style. But back then, this was the shit and I thought I was at the top of my game.

A series of sketches and drawings done by Scott for his series B.A.S.S.man. He also threw in a random sketch of Maximo too!

Armstrong: King of the Pirates

Here's the colored version of my Pirate King, Zachariah Armstrong. On a personal note, I think I made him look bad ass.
Posted by Picasa

First drawing of 2011 and comparison

Hello everyone, this is the first drawing of the new year and I had to put it side-by-side with the old version. I'm actaually shocked on how far my skills came in three years.

Anyway on with the pic. The character name is Zachariah Armstrong and he's the King of the Pirates in the Bullet Kingdom world. By know, most of you should know that Bullet Kingdom is my novel that I've been working on and off for the past 6 years. The gloves on his hands are called the Revolver Knuckle because of the gun system built in, so with every punch, on contact it fires a shot from the knuckles. On his right hand, he has the Tattoo of Judgment, something that I mistakeningly drew on the wrong hand in the left picture, but the tattoo also makes him one of Four Judges of Xanadre'. Armstrong has the ability to judge people with his powers and if found guilty, they turn to dust reliving every pain they caused in their lifetime. But I'll post the colored version soon.
